Sunday Morning Workouts!
Join us Sunday morning, 8am-10am at Pastor Trevor & Rachelle’s home while the weather is nice to get a workout in!
We’ll start the first week with finding our fitness level and then start the workouts from there!
Pastor Trevor will lead us through some classic Olympic lifts.
Pastor Alicia will lead us through strong man and kettle bell workouts.
Rachelle will lead us through some HIIT/Crossfit workouts.
Joel will lead us through a Body-combat Program.
We’ve all been there, trying to start a new habit of getting fit. Three or four weeks go by and we are on top of it, and week after week we start to fall off. Join us in a fitness community where we can help keep one another accountable and enjoy the lifestyle of fitness!
