Thanksgiving Feast | November 21

We had an amazing time feasting at The Table! We gathered at the Morewood’s house and broke bread, shared life, and worshipped together. It was such an amazing picture of what the Church is and can be! After feasting on Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, Potatoes, and more, we gathered for a time of worship and hearing God’s word. Pastor Ryan taught from Ephesians about what Thankfulness is and how we can only be truly thankful once we recognize the power of God in our life.

In addition to pictures from this week’s gathering, there’s also some photos of us finishing up the painting at the Community center on Saturday afternoon. It was awesome to be together and finish what we started a few months ago. Thanks to all who came out to help serve the New Hope Community Center!

As always we’d love to have you join us at The Table!

Here are the follow-up questions for you:

1. What does it mean to be Thankful to you? Have you ever thought about it as being humble?

2. What does it look like to embrace a Thankful spirit throughout the year, not just during this time?

3. What would it look like if we, The Table, embraced humility and thankfulness as part of our daily lives? How could we impact our communities, our neighborhoods?
