It's with hearts full of gratitude and joy that we reflect on the vibrant journey of our church as we commemorate our second anniversary. Amid the laughter, the pulled pork sandwiches, and the camaraderie that filled the air, this special day will be etched in our memories for years to come.
The day unfolded with a spirit of unity and purpose as we gathered to witness the baptism of Paisley Albaugh and Dessie Farris. Their commitment to their faith served as a poignant reminder of the spiritual growth and transformation that lies at the core of our community. But as if on cue, nature chose to join our celebrations in a unique way. A surprise monsoon descended upon us, pouring down with exuberance, momentarily taking the electricity with it. Yet, undeterred, we stood strong, finding solace in our shared purpose. With resilience and determination, we continued to worship and praise, embodying the spirit of togetherness that defines us.
Under the sheltering skies, we were privileged to receive Pastor Trevor's illuminating words, the culmination of our series, "The Fight." While technical challenges prevented us from recording this empowering sermon, Crystal Sorrenson, a guardian angel armed with her camera, captured the essence of the moment. Her stunning photographs vividly narrate the story of our perseverance and devotion.
