Service Sunday | May 29
This week we gathered for our regular 5th Sunday outreach. This week we decided to go back to the Mesa Christian Academy. We did this for a couple of reasons, one we wanted to serve the school that we have the opportunity to share their facilities (once a month), and also because we wanted to throw a BBQ celebration for the end of the school year! We got a handful of pictures of the work projects, but missed the BBQ, believe us it was delicious!
Part of the reason we do our Service Sundays is that we recognize that worship is more than one thing, and sometimes serving others is an act of worship. Although we may have just been doing a handful of work projects, hopefully we were able to bring joy and worship our creator as well!
